1. Your free skill
Your first skill costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund or cancel — it's yours for as long as SkillNarrative exists.
2. One-time unlocks
A one-time unlock gives you lifetime access to that skill. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within [7 days] of purchase, provided you haven't completed more than [20%] of that skill's lessons. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within [5–7 business days].
3. Monthly plan
The monthly plan bills for the number of months you choose upfront (minimum one month) and automatically stops after that — there's no silent auto-renewal. You keep full access to that skill's content for every month you've paid for. If you cancel before a billing cycle completes, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, but that period isn't refunded.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Message us on the Contact page with your account email and the skill you purchased. We aim to respond within [48 hours].
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was deducted but a skill wasn't unlocked, or you were charged twice for the same unlock, contact us with your payment reference and we'll verify and refund the error in full.
