When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you enroll in a skill, we store which skill(s) you're enrolled in and your lesson/document completion progress so we can show you the right dashboard. If you unlock a paid skill, payment is processed by Razorpay — we receive confirmation of a successful payment, but we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
2. How we use it
Strictly to run the product: authenticating you, tracking your progress, unlocking paid skills you've bought, and occasionally emailing you about your account (e.g. password resets) or important product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your progress and preferences (like light/dark settings or your device toggle). We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
4. Third parties
We use [our hosting provider] for account/data storage and [Razorpay] for payment processing. Both only receive the minimum data needed to do their job (auth details, and payment details respectively). Lesson videos link out to third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube), which have their own privacy policies once you click through.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us on the Contact page.
6. Children
SkillNarrative is intended for learners aged 13 and above. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
